  • Yesterday I posted an illustration of a pademelon... this morning we found this little joey in the pouch of his dead mother, who had been hit by a car. Joey is now with the wonderful folks down at Currumbin Wildlife Hospital ❀️Please slow down when you are driving through bushland and check for pouch young if you see a marsupial that's been hit πŸ™

  • Red-necked pademelon, ink and watercolour. These little fellas hop around our garden at night. When it rains their tails leave red-muddy stripes on the concrete driveway 😊

  • Provide food & shelter for more critters in your garden by making a habitat tripod. This one is made from 3 branches wired together at the top, with Banksia, Hibbertia and Hardenbergia planted below that will grow into a pretty tangle that little birds love ❀️ #bird #wildlife #wildlifefriendlygarden #nativeplants #australiannative #plants #banksia #hibbertia #hardenbergia #penandwatercolor #illustration #gardenillustration #garden #paperbarkwriter
