The Trees of Binna Burra in Space and Time – Create your own nature journal
Meet five important tree species of the rainforest, and learn about their ecology, evolution, and journey to Binna Burra.
Increase your observation skills through simple drawing and writing exercises.
Create a nature journal that records your responses, and provides a unique, personal guide to different nature journaling techniques, and to these trees of the rainforest.
9 am – 3 pm, Saturday 6th August 2022, Binna Burra, Lamington National Park, Qld. Cost $120, Includes class notes and morning tea.
For ages 15 years and over. (Note that this workshop will be pitched at an adult audience, but interested kids 10 – 14 years are welcome to attend if accompanied by an adult).
This workshop is part of the activities program for the
‘Bimblebox 153 Birds’
exhibition at Dogwood Crossing Gallery in Miles (3 September – 29 October 2022; exhibition opening 2 September 2022). So there might be a focus on birds!
